The terms that govern use of the IoTProgrammers website and engagement of our web design, demo, and development services. Last updated: 25 August 2026 1. Agreement By accessing this website or engaging IoTProgrammers for portfolio websites, landing pages, demo showcases, admin dashboards, or related digital services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. 2. Services We offer custom and template-based MERN and related web deliverables for Bangladeshi agencies, startups, and SMEs—portfolio sites, clinic or ecommerce demos, landing pages, review sections, galleries, WhatsApp lead flows, and admin-editable content. Scope, timeline, and BDT pricing for a specific project are confirmed in writing via WhatsApp, email, or a proposal. 3. Quotes, payments, and currency Prices on this site are indicative. Final fees depend on scope, revisions, integrations (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel), hosting, and third-party costs. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are in BDT. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. 4. Client responsibilities Provide timely content, feedback, and brand assets. You are responsible for legality of content you supply and for keeping admin credentials secure after handover. 5. Demos and portfolio materials Live demos, sample admin accounts, and showcases are for illustration. Features and credentials may be reset or fictional and are not a guarantee of identical production results unless written into your agreement. 6. Intellectual property Until full payment, IoTProgrammers retains ownership of custom work. Upon full payment you receive license or ownership as stated in your project agreement. We may display public work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before launch. 7. Website use Do not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized admin access, or spam our WhatsApp/contact channels. 8. Third-party tools WhatsApp, GTM, analytics, maps, hosting, and payment tools have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or fees. 9. Disclaimer This marketing site and demos are provided “as is.” Aggregate liability for a paid project is limited to fees you paid us for that project in the three months preceding the claim, unless a written contract states otherwise. 10.
